managing bos.........

a lot had been talk and write about how to manage staff and teams but less or none about how people manage their boses. different culture have different ways of managing their bos or superior. this writing or future try to explore this and look from the perspektif of inferior.
what i can list below few ways people manage their boses :
1.please way aka bodek
2.blackmagic
3.blackmail
4.connection via politicks
5.connection via familia
6.connection via friends, school or unversity mate
7.silence ( bos, u do what ever you like lah.i dont care )
8.become slave to bos
9.use feminin or masculin
10.confrantation
11.meditation
12.pray or doa' to god.

which way is effective?
different bos, required different ways.sometimes work, sometimes not.
but sometimes we no need to manage our boses at all! why? bos are so good ka?

people sometimes dont care how they can tackle their boses, weather morally right or wrong. ethic not not ethic, as long as they get what they want. weather their action will ended in hell they also dont care.

lastly please remember, our boses also human being. he or she are being created by god. they have strength and weakness.
if boses is good to god,always prays five times ( if muslim ) then chances he become good bos are high but still no guarantee.but there also good boses that dont care about god.still people say he is good bos. that's the other side of story of how they manage their inferior staff.
as human, we have weakness. some people have skills to use this weakness to fullest and to thier advantage.

to conclude for this time, please put ourself in bos position and we might have some idea what made he become what we saw. if you are bos, please put yourself in staff shoes. but again 'ego people' dont care either they are bos or staff.
i have wear both bos and machai cap, and arrghhh....i have alot more to say next time.
