just to share story what i have gone through recently that changing is not impossible.
when i back from bosnia and given new task at melaka, i thought this group had been running so good and this is time for so called vacation for me after i gone through hard time since 2006. they alway achive good revenue and enjoy many beneficts.that what we see when we outside this group.
when you enter, then the reality appear and it become one of my latest worst nightmare.
when we enjoy so much of financial goods, we forget the real work that we must first do.
we forget about quality and process.
some people called it complecent. it might be true, it might not.
then the tsunami come !
we had been rated two star by client. two only? yes two!
all the bashing,critics and others bombs,scud, atomic start coming to the team.
every people at all level start forget the good things that had been achive before.
how to change?
many people still couldnt accept the two start result and they living in their dreamland and kingdom.
blame game start. mindset still the same and not change.
fighting themselves with no enemy and battlefield.
nine month later things had improved.
five star arrive.
how?
many dont believe as it was the same team, same people and same resources that now archive five star.
