why transformation or changes fail


few days ago i came across this article about failure on transformation organization programme.

the write had given ten list why the changes desires fail :-

1. mis-start
2. making it optional
3. negleting results
4. being sensitive
5. leaving it to outsiders
6. lack of communications
7. no new rewards
8. no commitment
9. wrong fit
10. no follow-through

based on above, i would rate the four bold above are the most important.
