after two weeks fasting, i found that loss of my weight was only one kilo compare to last year two kilos at half of fasting month. its looks like i failed almost fifty persen!!!!
last year after one month fasting i lost total five kilos. i thought it will be the same this year but i was wrong....!!!!!
whats going wrong?
maybe because this year fasting is fully at home compare to last year when i was on outstation.
a lot of things had to be done to get below hundred kilos......
