bila nak siap projek ni.......?????

entah apa hal lagi projek jalan dan jambatan kat bandar klang ni......signboard kata december 2009 nak siap tapi sampai sekarang deck jambatan pun belum apa-apa lagi.

ada dua tiang kat ujung dekat jambatan lama sg klang pun besi terjojol keluar ja. yang sebelah ujung sini apa pun tak buat, tapi jalan masuk dari hiway dah kena blok.

nak kata kontraktor lembap pun kadang-kadang bukan salah depa.
tah design kelabu asap atau puak yang buat survey sebelum tu main bantai saja.
kadang-kadang puak-puak utilities pun satu jugak. dah la nak alih lambat, barang depa sendiri bawah jalan pun tah tau ke tak.......

tapi yang aku lagi heran kenapa pemandu-pemandu masih nak lalu kot situ juga bila nak pi KL? apasal ramai tak nak ikut hiway kesas ka, bkt kemuning ka,.........

berat la kalu camni.....projek tak siap dan lambat diseluruh negara diberitakan mencecah nilai satu biliun.....ada caya ker..???

2 beradik, rakan akui tidak bersalah bakar gereja
UTUSAN MELOYA, KUALA LUMPUR 29 Jan. - Dua beradik dan seorang rakan mereka mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini atas tuduhan melakukan khianat dengan membakar sebuah gereja di Wangsa Maju awal bulan ini.

Raja Mohamad Faizal Raja Ibrahim, 24, dan adiknya, Raja Mohamad Idzham, 22, serta Azuwan Shah Ahmad, 23, membuat pengakuan tersebut selepas pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan Hakim S.M. Komathy Suppiah.

Mengikut pertuduhan, mereka bersama-sama beberapa lagi yang masih bebas melakukan khianat menggunakan api dengan membakar Gereja Metro Tabernacle AG.

Mereka yang semuanya bekerja sebagai penghantar surat didakwa melakukan perbuatan itu kira-kira pukul 11.50 malam, 7 Januari lalu di No. 28, Jalan 4/4C, Desa Melawati, Wangsa Maju di sini.

Pertuduhan terhadap mereka dibuat mengikut Seksyen 436 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum 20 tahun dan boleh dikenakan denda.

Pendakwaan dikendalikan oleh Timbalan-timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Anselm Charles Fernandis, Yaacub Chik dan Lee Keng Fatt.

Terdahulu, ketika berjalan menuju ke kandang tertuduh, ketiga-tiga lelaki itu kelihatan lemah dan tidak terurus.

Mereka juga dilihat tercari-cari ahli keluarga masing-masing di galeri awam namun hampa apabila ruangan tersebut dipenuhi oleh media.

Namun susuk tubuh Raja Muhamad Faizal jelas kelihatan kesan melecur di bahagian muka hingga belakang tengkok dan kedua-dua tangannya manakala adiknya cedera dari pergelangan tangan kirinya hingga ke hujung jari bengkak serta terdapat kesan melecur.

Turut kelihatan, beg mengumpul air kencing berjuntai dari sebelah kanan pinggang Raja Muhamad Faizal yang memakai kemeja T dan seluar hospital berwarna hijau dengan beberapa kesan darah.

Ketika mengemukakan rayuan mengurangkan jumlah jaminan bagi dirinya dan adiknya, Raja Muhamad Faizal memberitahu mereka berasal daripada keluarga susah dan jumlah RM20,000 setiap seorang terlalu membebankan.

Azuwan pula memohon agar jumlah jaminan itu dikurangkan sehingga RM5,000 setiap seorang memandangkan mereka hanya bekerja sebagai penghantar surat.

''Itupun tak tahulah kalau kerja kami masih ada atau majikan dah buang (pecat),'' tambah Raja Muhamad Faizal.

Kesemua tertuduh juga memohon satu tarikh sebutan yang panjang memandangkan masih belum bertemu keluarga masing-masing sejak direman.

Anselm bagaimanapun menegaskan kesalahan yang dilakukan adalah serius dan menarik perhatian awam.

Beliau turut memaklumkan selepas ditanya oleh Komathy bahawa kes itu bergantung kepada keterangan langsung dan keterangan mengikut keadaan.

Hakim selepas mempertimbangkan rayuan dan hujah kedua-dua pihak menetapkan wang ikat jamin sebanyak RM20,000 setiap seorang.

Bagaimanapun, hanya RM10,000 yang perlu didepositkan terlebih dahulu manakala bakinya perlu dijelaskan sekiranya mereka gagal hadir perbicaraan di mahkamah.

Kes itu ditetapkan untuk sebutan semula pada 12 Mac ini bagi memberi peluang kepada kesemua tertuduh melantik peguam.

Dalam kejadian pada 7 Januari lalu, aras bawah gereja berkenaan yang terletak di sebuah lot kedai musnah terbakar setelah dilempar bom api.

Osama Bin Laden claims Christmas bombing attempt

CAIRO: Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden claimed responsibility for the Christmas Day airline bombing attempt in Detroit, in a audio message released Sunday, and vowed further attacks on the US.

The message suggests that bin Laden wants to show he remains in direct command of al-Qaida's many branches around the world.

In the short recording carried by the Al-Jazeera Arabic news channel, bin Laden addressed President Barack Obama saying the attack was a message similar to that of Sept. 11 and more attacks against the US would be forthcoming.

"The message delivered to you through the plane of the heroic warrior Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was a confirmation of the previous messages sent by the heroes of the Sept. 11," he said.

"America will never dream of security unless we will have it in reality in Palestine," he added. "God willing, our raids on you will continue as long as your support for the Israelis continues."

On Christmas Day, Nigerian national Abdulmutallab attempted to blow up the Northwest Airlines flight he was sitting on as it approached Detroit Metro Airport.

But the bomb he was hiding in his underwear failed to explode.

He told federal agents shortly afterward that he had been trained and instructed in the plot by al-Qaida operatives in Yemen.

Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula originally took credit for the attack, but by issuing this message, bin Laden seems to be indicating that he himself is ordering attacks, rather than just putting his seal of approval on events afterward.

Analysts had previously suggested that al-Qaida's offshoots in North Africa, the Arabian Peninsula and elsewhere were operated independently from bin Laden, who is believed to be somewhere in Afghanistan-Pakistan border region.

There was no way to confirm the voice was actually that of bin Laden, but it resembled previous recordings attributed to him.

In the past year, bin Laden's messages have concentrated heavily on the plight of the Palestinians in attempt to rally support across the region.

Many analysts believe that bin Laden is worried about Obama's popularity across the Middle East with his promises to withdraw from Iraq and personal background, so the al-Qaida leader is focusing on the close U.S.-Israeli relationship.

The suffering of the Palestinians, especially in the blockaded Gaza Strip where 1,400 died during an Israeli offensive there last year, angered many in the Arab world.

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman, Andy David, dismissed the latest al-Qaida message and its attempt to link Israel with attacks on the US.

"This is nothing new, he has said this before. Terrorists always look for absurd excuses for their despicable deeds," he said.

The last public message from bin Laden appears to have been on Sept. 26, when he demanded that European countries pull their troops out of Afghanistan.

The order came in an audiotape that also warned of "retaliation" against nations that are allied with the United States in fighting the war. - AP

Four nabbed for arson attempt on surau in Muar (Update)

PETALING JAYA: Four men, including the son of a policeman, were arrested by Johor police for Thursday’s arson attempt on two surau in Muar, Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said Saturday.

He said the suspects, aged between 16 and 28 years old, were picked up in separate raids conducted on Friday from morning to evening, and, with their arrests, believes the case has been solved.

“The youths who were picked up, lived near the surau that were attacked and had done it without thinking about the effect their actions.

“Nonetheless, their irresponsible action is considered a crime and the Johor police, who have performed professionally, will continue gathering more evidence to try and (charge) them in court,” he said during a press conference held in Bukit Aman police headquarters Saturday.

He said police were trying to establish the youths’ true motive and were checking to see if anyon had instigated them.

Based on initial investigations, police strongly believe the four were involved in both arson attempts at the Muar surau, located about a kilometre apart, Ismail said.

He said the youngest of the arrested suspects, was just 16 and a school dropout, while the 18-year-old was a restaurant worker and the son of the policeman with the rank of L/Kpl.

All four are believed to be friends.

He said the case was currently being investigated under Section 436 of the Penal Code for causing mischief and expected the youths to be remanded later Saturday.

Ismail also commended the swift action by Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Johor police in nabbing the people involved in the attacks on places of worship and warned everyone against acting emotionally, doing any mischief or provoking people of different faith.

On Thursday, two surau in Sabak Aur and Parit Beting, were partially damaged in two arson attempts.

In the first incident, the Surau Sirrahtulrahim at Jalan Ismail in Sabak Aur had its curtain and parts of the wall scorched after kerosene was splashed near the window on the front wall. The fire was put out with the help of passers-by.

The second surau at Jalan Salleh had its side door burnt and a window broken.

The damage was only noticed at 11am when some children went to the surau to attend a Quran class.

Look into details of fuel cap


PETALING JAYA: Government should hold more dialogues and gather feedback from consumer groups, non-governmental organisations and civil societies before executing the new petrol pricing mechanism, said Gerakan vice-president Datuk Mah Siew Keong.

He said the new mechanism must not only be fair but “be seen to be fair” for the people, devoid of abuses by unscrupulous people to make profits out of it.

“Would it be fair to a person who owns a 15-year-old car with a 2,000cc engine valued at RM20,000 compared to another person’s brand new 1,500cc car valued at RM200,000?” he asked in a statement yesterday.

Gerakan had received many views and feedback from the public since the announcement of the new mechanism, he said, adding that the responses would be forwarded to the Government.

Mah urged the Government to study the new mechanism comprehensively before implementing it to prevent unhappiness among the people.

sendiri punya bajet 2010

akhirnya setelah berhempas-pulas, sendiri punya bajet taun ni siap jugak.
walaupun tak berapa lengkap dan memuaskan hati, ia masih lagi baik dari taun lepas.

ada yang tanya apa perlu buat bajet sendiri?
banyak jawapan terutama yang pernah alami masalah kewangan, asyik negetive bila ujung bulan dan sentiasa struggle bila tiba-tiba kena bayar road tax ka apa ataun lain-lain yang tiba-tiba datang.

juga bila kita ingat dah tak nak kerja dan tengak pikir nak buat bisnes atau projek untuk masa akan datang. lagi-lagi bila modal jadi satu isu.

juga sebagai latihan nak mengawal perbelanjaan harian kita dan keluarga dan melihat serta kaji kat mana kita selalu belanjakan wang kita.

tapi kawalan ni tak semesti kita tak boleh bercuti atau nak beli apa-apa yang kita nak........
