emosi have no boundries

last month i encountered two opposite case which made me thinking and wondering why god had send this two friends to me.
both involved my trusted friends.

first was my male friend which gone through 'hell' due to differences with his now x-wife. Second was female friend which  heart towards her husband had change dramaticaly. first case ended in divorse but second case still in reconsilation with i cannot predict.

to cut short the stories, i found out that out that first both never saw this things coming and affect their marriege live after nine and twelve years of happy marriege.
secondly emosi had no boundries as topic above regardless gender, race, religious, age and color skin.

managing this emosi become so critical in modern days where everybody exposed to many things and situation so dynamic and always change so fast.
Big question were how to manage? what control required? how to determine boundries?
