few days ago i found this interesting article.
its was more about communications but i see more than that in works place.its also important in any organization, family and others.
the title of topics should already made any boses or leader easy to understand but many failed to do it.
why?
boses sometimes trapped in their ultra egos, very traditional and cannot see carefully the needs why and what the other side hope.
but again pity to many boses that its was not easy to tell all what we want and what we mean as it will hurt the other side. there was pros and cons on how to be very truth as some might cannot accept it.
in my opinion we need to take some chance by telling what we want and what we mean to our staff, subordinates and even our children.
we might have high sucess rate when we involved in many cases and gain more experiance and improve our skills to deal with situation.
to myself and boses out there why not give a try.
