yesterday i had oppurtunity to interview three candidates for manager.
one of candidate was my former engineer at previous project in jerteh few years ago.
what make me happy are to see his changes of personality, enthutiasm and dinamism.
he also now have direction what he want to be next five years.
next candidate was poorly presented himself. i and HR guy was not convince at all.
his resume and what he told us was not tally at all. and sadly blame his wife for wronglu update his resume.

The last candidate was very the best of three.
he had convince us that he was the guy we looking even at age of 32.
he was very energetic, show some wisdom in thingking, very dinamic but coming from oil and gas industry with very high salary. we had tough time to convince him to review his asking salary and our company are perfect place for him to back to civil engineering profession especially on roads construction and maintainance .
as show above, eventhough sometimes we looking for managerial post but we cannot ignore that we are searching for leaders also.
we always thought that managers and leaders are same person but sometimes its not.
